Counting today there are 11 days of school left, with students, 12 teacher days.
I am so ready for this school year to be over. At the same time, it is hard to believe the year has gone so fast.
This was the school year I was supposed to be pregnant. The entire year, I had to think about how to schedule appointments around school, when I would be gone for appointments, egg retrieval, transfer.
Then came April...suddenly it's all over. Since then time has flown by.
I need a fresh start. Maybe the summer will provide that

12 work days...yuck! One more student day, and two work days to go! I'm ready for the end as well.
I hope summer brings you what you are looking for. I know the stress (from teacher friends) how hard it is to schecule appointments, etc. during the year.
We all need a fresh start! I can't believe how much longer we have left! Just sit back and let the days drone slowly on with the knowledge of how sweet it was to make our favorite 7th period student spit out her gum! AAAAHHHHHH! What is she going to do in 8th grade without us?
I just found you through NaComLeavMo.
I hope that this summer is relaxing for you. It is such a pain in the ass to schedule infertility around work. Let's hope this summer is the fresh start you need.
There is something special about summer. I do not have a job tied to the school year, but there is a change in attitude no matter where you are. The end of the school year will be here before you know it.
Good luck finishing up the school year! I have many teacher friends so I know how much of a relief summer break is! I hope you get the fresh start you are hoping for!!! Best of luck!
I hope the Summer break gives you a chance to get some R & R & then start again anew on this IF ride.
I hope summer gives you the break that you need--as a teacher myself, I know how stressful it can be and how important summer is for us!
Found you through NaComLeavMo. We're both having fresh starts this summer. Here's to returning next school year with a bambino or two or three!
I hopped over from Aunt Becky. (Former teacher) so I feel the pain of the final stretch for you. :)
I can not wait for the school year to end!
My husband is a teacher and even though it's his break and not mine, I countdown the days, too. It feels like a new beginning for our whole household.
Best wishes for your summer--I hope you get your fresh start.
